【職務概要】

同社のカスタマーサクセスとして、単なる「押し売り」ではなく、また単なる「寄り添い」でもない、深い顧客理解に基づいた、お客様の成長を意識したサポートと提案を行っていただきます。

【職務詳細】

・オンボーディング支援:『Hubble』を使い始めるお客様に最適な業務フローの提案

・アダプション支援:打ち合わせやテキストベースでのお客様対応や一層の活用支援(契約更新対応も含む)

・アップセル獲得:アカウントの追加やオプション購入など、成功のための提案の実施

・カスタマーボイスの収集と展開:プロダクトの改善要望を吸い上げ、開発チームへ環流

・お客様向けのプロダクトマーケティング:新機能の販売方法やスクリプトの発案と実践

・カスタマーマーケティング:お客様に向けたプロダクトの活用を促すコンテンツの発案・作成

・カスタマーサポート:チャットを通じたお客様の質問対応とディレクション

同社は、法務と事業部門の協業性を高め、生産性を向上するための契約書管理クラウドサービス『Hubble』を提供しています。ビジネスを進めるにあたり、契約業務には法務だけでなく、事業部門など多くの人が関与します。

そのため、会社全体で協業しやすい業務基盤がなければ、業務効率の悪化や適切でない契約書・情報の管理により、会社全体の生産性へ悪影響を及ぼす可能性もあります。だからこそ、法務と事業部門がコラボレーションをしながら積極的に契約業務に取り組める業務基盤が必要になります。

同社は、そんな基盤となるプロダクトの開発を行っており、毎年2倍近くの事業成長を達成しています。2024年12月にはシリーズB資金調達1stクローズ、2025年7月に2ndクローズを実施しました。社員は80名を超え、今期は100名以上の組織を目指しております。
