【仕事内容】

プロジェクトマネージャーとして、顧客提案、要件定義から導入/伴走支援までを一貫してリードし、Salesforceをはじめとしたグローバルプラットフォーマーが提供する様々なクラウドサービスを組み合わせたサービスや生成AI/AI Agentを活用した難易度が高く、かつ顧客や社会の多様な課題を革新的な方法で解決してく、チャレンジングな役割となります

■ミッション

・40人月(5人/月)以上のプロジェクトを複数同時にマネジメント

※各プロジェクトへのPMO配置等、必要な体制を構築した上での複数マネジメント

・メイン案件 規模:約5000万円以上 対応期間:半年~1年程度

・メイン案件規模を2~3案件、同時に対応

・扱うサービス、技術:Salesforce・AWS・ウフルの自社サービス など)

■業務内容

・プリセールス活動(企画~提案書作成、システム要件定義)

・プロジェクト管理全般(プロジェクト計画作成、要件/スコープ管理、収支管理など)

※特に顧客の期待値コントロール、リスク管理、変更管理、品質管理

・要件定義~基本設計

・顧客とのコミュニケーション・折衝(追加要件や次フェーズに向けた要望の管理)

・プロジェクト人員(パートナー含む)管理

・開発指揮(パートナーを含めた開発の進行管理)

・問題・課題管理

・実装(レビュー)
