仕事内容:
大手メガバンク系ソリューション企業を支援するポジションです。
次期VDI環境(Citrix Cloud with AVD)のインフラ運用として、CitrixおよびAzureに関する対応をご担当いただきます。
クラウド/仮想化基盤の運用における中核メンバーとして、安定稼働に向けた技術支援が求められます。
■業務内容
- Citrix Cloud / Cloud Connector 運用対応
- Azureインフラサービス運用対応(例:VNet/Subnet、ANF、Firewall、DNS等)
- VDI基盤の安定稼働維持のための定常運用
- 各種障害・問い合わせ対応(本番作業、インシデント対応含む)
- 関連する構成変更・改善の推進

- CitrixやAzureなど先端クラウド技術の経験が積める
- 大規模仮想環境の運用に携わることが可能
求める人材:
■必須スキル
いずれかに該当していれば可:
- Citrix CloudまたはCloud Connectorの設計/構築/運用経験
- Azure環境(例:VNet, VM, ANF, Firewall等)の運用または構築経験
- AWSなど他クラウド環境でのサーバー運用・構築経験
- 仮想化基盤(VMware等)でのインフラ運用経験
■尚可スキル
- Azure Virtual Desktop(AVD)環境の運用経験
- 金融業界向けインフラ案件の経験
- 本番リリース、障害対応など高負荷環境での運用実績
- Citrix製品に関する資格や知見
