募集背景・業務概要:

小売向けCRMの機能拡張を進め、顧客施策の実行速度を高めています。継続的な改修が続くため、詳細設計から製造まで担える体制を強化します。業務部門との連携を重視した進め方です。お任せする業務:

詳細設計の作成と機能追加の実装、単体テストの準備を担当いただきます。影響範囲の整理と改修順序の調整を行い、手戻りを抑えます。レビュー結果の反映にも関わります。データ連携の整合性を確認し、エラー対応方針を明確にします。レビューでの指摘を反映し、品質基準を共有します。

運用を見据えた設計指針を整理し、手戻りを防ぎます。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映
