【仕事内容】
火力発電所のボイラー用フィルターの製造を担当します。
作業は主に3つの工程に分かれています。
- 塗布工程
ラス網に粘土状の原料を投入し、保護シートの交換を行います。
- プレス工程
製品の保護シートを交換し、プレス機の操作や調整を行います。
- 組立て
製品を最終的に形成し、アーク溶接を行って触媒ユニットを完成させます。
作業中には、シート交換や金型の入れ替えで10~20kg程度の物を扱うことがあります。
この作業は、配属された工程から始まり、習熟度に応じて3つの工程を覚えていく流れです。
