【仕事内容】

仕様策定や設計のレイヤから参画いただき、?社製品(SaaS)の成長に貢献していただきます。

具体的には以下の通りです。

・バックエンド・フロントエンドを問わず、仕様実現のために必要なコードを書く

・アーキテクチャ・インフラの構成を考え、コードに落とし込む

・仕様から設計に至る議論をリードする

・エンジニアリングチームだけではなくデザイナーやサポートのメンバーとコミュニケーションを行い、円滑な組織運営を実現する

・将来にわたる技術的意思決定およびそれを実現するために必要な組織体制の議論に参画する

・チームメンバーのオンボーディングや成長のために情報提供や指導を行う
