【仕事内容】

自社開発の新規AIエージェントサービス「KompiraAI(仮称)」の事業責任者の一員として技術領域の全てを担っていただきます。経営・事業戦略と連動した技術戦略の策定からプロダクト開発のリード エンジニアリング組織の構築までお任せします。

【具体的には】

・経営課題や事業戦略と連動した技術戦略およびロードマップの策定

・スケーラブルでセキュアなマルチテナントSaaSアーキテクチャの設計と技術選定

・プロダクト開発全体の指揮およびプロジェクトマネジメント

・AIモデルの性能評価と改善サイクルの構築

・採用計画の策定と実行 開発プロセスの整備

・SRE体制の構築とサービスレベルの維持向上

【開発環境】

クラウド:AWS Azure Google Cloud

バックエンド:Python

フロントエンド:TypeScript React

データベース:PostgreSQL Vector DB (Pinecone Weaviate 等)

インフラ:Docker Kubernetes Terraform

AI/LLM:OpenAI API Google AI Platform Anthropic API 等

その他:LangChain LlamaIndex GitHub Slack

※上記は現時点での想定です。技術選定はCTOとなる方と議論の上で最終決定します。

【求める人材】

・事業やプロダクトの0→1または1→10フェーズでの開発リード経験

・WebサービスまたはSaaSでのエンジニアリングマネジメント経験(5名以上)

・クラウド環境(AWS Azure GCP等)でのアーキテクチャ設計・開発・運用経験

・Python Go TypeScript等モダンな言語での開発経験

【歓迎】

・自然言語処理(NLP) 検索技術 RAGに関する専門知識や開発経験

・LangChain LlamaIndex等のフレームワーク利用経験

・マルチテナント型SaaSの設計・開発・運用経験

・スタートアップでのCTO・VPoEまたはそれに準ずるポジションでの実務経験

・ISMSやSOC2などのセキュリティ認証の取得・運用経験

【給与】

年収1000~2000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
