【主な業務内容】

賃貸アパートの新築工事案件について、プラン図面をもとに概算の工事費用を算出する業務

・建物プラン図面から外構工事費用を拾い出し

・ライフラインに必要な工事費の算出

・その他諸費用の積算

・現場調査の実施

・工事業者への見積もり依頼と調整
