下記タスクを中心にチームアドミニストレータとして、会議調整やチーム内業務をサポートする:
[会議調整関連]
・Chief Architecture/FL/TL/Team Memberから依頼されたミーティング調整と設定(EA/CIOsレベル含む)
・アジェンダや関連資料の募集・収集・アジェンダリストの作成、共有
・議事録作成、配布
・Todo追跡、管理(Jira/Confluence/MS Plannerなど活用)
・資料やドキュメント管理(SharepointをベースとしたFolder管理など)
・ミーティングファシリテーション(資料の表示や画面操作など)
[その他アドミニストレータ業務]
・Team内から依頼された資料作成、リスト作成、情報収集、サポート作業など(Excel, Word, PPT, Sharepointなど)
・Team内タスクフォローアップなど(Planner、Jira活用、マニュアルあり。PowerAutomateなど自動化に苦手意識がないとよい)
・定期的な会議への参加(Team Meetingや上長との1on1など)
・Team内メンバーの備品調達やセットアップ作業(Win.PC、iPhone、VPN、アクセス申請など)
・オンサイトミーティングのための会議室整理や、諸々の準備
・Visitor(USメンバー出張)調整(会議設定、必要書類作成、申請など)
・チームメンバー出張手配サポート
・マニュアル作成業務(各種手続きをチーム内手引きとして作成)
・その他、Team内からのデータ整理や書類作成/修正依頼
必要な経験:
- ITリテラシー
ITパスポート試験相当の基礎知識(IT戦略、アーキテクチャー、アプリ、インフラの基本理解)
技術的な会話に抵抗がないこと(社内で技術的な議論が行われるため)
使用ツール例:
Microsoft 365(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
SharePoint(資料管理)
Jira / Confluence / MS Planner(タスク管理)
Power Automate(業務自動化)
- 英語力
英語での議事録作成(レビューあり)
USメンバーとの英語でのコミュニケーション(電話・メール)
英語ミーティングへの参加(週1〜2回程度)
目安:英語の読み書き・会話に抵抗がないこと
- 業務遂行力・サポート力
多様なメンバーからの依頼を整理し、優先順位をつけて対応できる
会議調整(複数メンバー・時差あり)に慣れている
リモート業務に慣れており、自己管理ができる
新しいツールやサービスの習得に前向きで、マニュアル作成も可能
