仕事内容:

SNSを軸に、採用課題の解決からチーム運営までを担うリーダーポジションです。

・採用目的に沿ったSNSマーケティング施策の企画および実行サポート

・クライアントとの継続的なコミュニケーションによる関係構築

・提案用資料の作成や、社内外関係者との調整と折衝

・広告配信後の数値確認と改善に向けた施策提案

・各案件のスケジュール、リソース、クオリティ管理

・チームリーダーとしてのメンバー育成、数値管理、個別面談の実施
