東京都練馬区にある練馬ケアセンターで、訪問入浴サービスをお任せします

チーム構成:3人1組

・介護職員2人

・看護師1人

利用者宅を訪問し、組立式浴槽を持ち込んで快適なお風呂の時間を提供するお仕事です。

機材の搬入出・設置だけでなく、洗身・洗髪・移乗介助やお着替えの補助なども行います。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00(休憩60分)

※ご利用者のケア時間により、出勤時間は前後します。

<運転業務を行う方>

基本給212,968円+業務(時間外)手当55,000円+居住支援特別手当20,000円+処遇職務手当

<共通事項>

※居住支援特別手当は「東京都介護職員・介護支援専門員居住支援特別手当事業補助金交付要綱」の運用に準拠し、支給するものとしております。

※処遇職務手当は運転手当5,000円、無事故運転手当5,000円、物品管理担当3,000円等、役割に応じて手当が発生します。(無事故運転手当は事故が発生した場合は3ヶ月間、支給されません)

・介護の基礎資格(介護職員初任者研修・実務者研修・介護福祉士)をお持ちの方は基本給223,076円

・試用期間中(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)の基本給は210,056円になります。

・賞与あり(年2回・業績による)

・退職金制度(在職3年以上・規程あり)

・交通費支給(規程あり)
