水処理プラントの施工管理

【仕事内容】

■水処理施設工事を現場代理人兼監理技術者として担っていただきます。

【具体的には】

・業務内容:工程・品質・安全管理・予算管理、他の工事担当・発注者との打ち合わせ 他

・対象物件:官公庁を中心とした水処理プラント(受注があれば、一般建築物に携わって頂く可能性がありますが、一般建築物の給排水・衛生設備工事を行う部隊は香川のみの為、基本的には水処理プラントが中心となります。)

※水処理施設の施工管理というと、管工事をイメージされる方が多いですが、実際はモーターやポンプ、計装機器の機械設置工事がメインとなります。

※実行予算を組む部署・購買の部署がありますので、施工管理担当にかかる負担は軽減されています。

※現場は自宅から通える圏内に出来る限り配属しています。ご自宅から通えない現場に配属された際には、1日2,000円の出張手当が支給されます。

8:00-8:10 朝礼

8:10-8:20 作業打合せ・KY活動

8:20-8:30 始業前点検

8:30-12:00 安全巡視・書類作成等

12:00-13:00 昼休憩

13:00-13:15...

【求める人材】

■1級電気工事施工管理技士

■1級土木施工管理技士

■監理技術者(機械器具設置)

(2)若しくは以下業務経験者

■電気設備工事施工管理

■土木工事施工管理

■機械設備工事施工管理

■プラント施工管理

【給与】

650-950万円

※上記年収には月20時間分の時間外手当が含まれています。
