仕事内容
SDGsに関連する国際基準の審査・認証を行う国際認証機関(オランダ)の日本拠点にて、ISCC(国際持続可能性カーボン認証)審査員を募集します。基本は企業訪問での審査となります。
【研修】入社当初は東京オフィス。外部受講・海外拠点での研修もあり、一部は英語で受講。トータルで長くても半年以内の予定です。
【研修後】全国出張。国やNGO等が定める持続可能性の国際基準に則り、第三者認証機関として公正な審査を実施。審査報告書を英語で作成。
【働き方】審査員デビュー後は基本的にリモートワークとなります。自由に出張を計画し(10日程度/月)、審査報告書は在宅で作成もOK。必要に応じご出社頂きます。※出張頻度は繁忙期による
- ISCC認証:持続可能なバイオマス資源とバイオエネルギーの促進を目指す国際的な認証制度で、原料から商品製造までトレーサビリティを担保し、消費者が持続可能性に配慮した製品を選択できるようにする制度です。
※将来はISCC認証のみならず、近隣分野の認証審査員のトレーニングを受けていただき、審査員としてのキャリアを広げることが可能です。

【日本オフィスでの主な取扱い認証サービス】
・森林(加工流通):森林管理、FSC認証(森林管理協議会)、PEFC認証持続可能なパーム油/RSPO認証
・テキスタイル:オーガニック繊維/GOTS認証、OCS認証、ダウン/RDS認証、リサイクル/GRS認証、RCS認証
・漁業:漁業管理/MSC認証(海洋管理協議会)、ASC認証(水産養殖管理協議会)
・バイオマス:トレーサビリティ/サスティナビリティ/GGL認証、RSB認証、SBP認証
・農業:農業工程管理/GGAP認証、有機農業/EUオーガニック認証、NOP認証
求めている人材
※以下①~④に全てあてはまること
①社会人経験3年以上かつ下記の製造・加工業界での実務経験が2年以上
対象とする実務経験は以下のいずれか:
・バイオマス、化学、食品、飼料、エネルギーなどの製造・加工業界における、製造、品質管理、購買、物流、コンサルティングに関連した実務経験
(例:工場でのオペレーション管理、品質検査、工程管理、プロセス改善 、環境管理、トレーサビリティ管理など)
・認証機関または監査機関において、品質、サステナビリティ、トレーサビリティに関する監査業務の経験
②中級以上の英語力(目安としてTOEIC650点以上相当※英文職務経歴書必須)
③PCスキル(Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlookなど)
④全国出張出来る方(月間10日程度)
※上記に加えて、以下の知見のある方は優遇いたします。
・森林管理、自然・環境資源、バイオマス・再生可能エネルギー等の学術背景 ・GHG計算やライフサイクルアセスメント関連の知見
※定年:60歳
年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由1号・60歳未満(定年のため))
勤務時間詳細
総労働時間:1週あたり40時間
標準勤務時間帯 9:00~18:00(昼休憩60分。所定労働時間:8時間/日)
※10分単位の時差出勤制度に加えて、1日の所定労働時間を満たせば休憩時間を多めに取るなど、弾力的な働き方が出来ます。
※月間平均残業時間は10時間程度です(ワークライフバランスを推奨しています)
審査員デビュー後(入社6か月後目安)はリモートワークが基本となります。
休日休暇
年間休日123日(土日祝日・年末年始)
有給休暇は入社6か月後に15日付与(以降1年毎に付与・最大25日付与)、但し初年度については入社後から、事情によって最大5日前借り消化可能です。
産前産後および育児休暇の実績もあり、現在利用者がおります。

給与詳細
基本給:月給 31万4300円 〜 50万円
固定残業代:なし
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
残業代および交通費(出張およびオフィス出社)は別途支給いたします。
※月間平均残業時間は10時間程度です(ワークライフバランスを推奨しています)
【通勤手当】
トレーニング期間中は定期券代相当額支給(1ヶ月あたり支給上限 50,000円)
審査員デビュー後はオフィスまでの片道1,250円(往復2,500円)まで支給
【出張旅費】
交通費+宿泊代+日当(宿泊時のほか、日帰り:片道100km以上)
給与例
想定年収 :440万円~700万円(基本給12か月分+賞与2回分)
※但し入社初年度は賞与1回支給 (初年度想定年収:408万円~650万円)
