Position Description
The Associate Specialist, Market Implementation contributes to the planning and execution of promotional activities and multi-channel marketing campaigns for specific Applied Medical products and programs. This role supports both strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, helping to strengthen product awareness, engagement, and adoption within the medical device arena. The Associate Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop content, manage campaign deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Applied Medical's brand, regulatory standards, and clinical messaging.
- Collaborate with Clinical Development, Corporate Communications, Branding, and Legal teams to create and review campaign assets such as social media posts, videos, advertisements, and educational materials.
- Coordinate event and congress support, including logistics, collateral preparation, and follow-up campaign tracking.
- Maintain and update digital platforms including websites and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
- Assist in conducting market and performance analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure smooth campaign execution across all marketing channels.
- Contribute to content management, lead generation tracking, and campaign performance reporting.
- Participate in team meetings, provide status updates, and support cross-functional project coordination.

Position Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two to four years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or promotional support, preferably in a regulated or healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, and tone.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
The following skills and attributes are preferred:
- Experience in the medical device arena or related healthcare marketing environment.
- Experience with data tracking and performance analytics.
- Working knowledge of project management tools or marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of clinical terminology or exposure to surgical specialties such as OB/GYN, colorectal, and general surgery.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and learning within a collaborative team environment.
