【業務内容】
臨床開発や医療に関わる様々な言語のコンテンツをチェックし、デザインエラーが含まれていないことを確認する。OCR、翻訳、DTP作業から生じる脱落、不正確さ、視認性のエラーを追跡します。
また、コンテンツの一部を修正、削除、追加、書式設定し、翻訳作業前にソースコンテンツを翻訳できる状態にする、翻訳後のコンテンツを確認して内容の適切さを精査し、クライアントへ納品することもあります。
翻訳サービスチームのメンバーや外部のリソースメンバーと協力し、高水準のサービスを提供します。
プロジェクトの要件を満たすために、必要に応じて複数のコンテンツ・デザイン・スペシャリストの作業を調整することもあります。ダイナミックでペースの速い環境での仕事を楽しみ、常に結果を重視する強力なチームプレーヤーであることが求められます。
アソシエイトディレクター、オペレーショナル・エクセレンス部門責任者、プロジェクト・マネージャーと密接に協力し、必要に応じて社内外のステークホルダーと協力します。
【ミッション】
・ステークホルダーおよびクライアントに対する翻訳効果のコミットメントを実現する
・ 1 つまたは複数のターゲット言語でコンテンツをチェックし、ガイドラインおよびソースコンテンツ要件に従ってデザイン上の問題を発見する
・品質要件と納期を満たすために、正確さとユーザビリティの問題を分析し、リスクを排除する
・プロジェクトマネージャーと協力して、品質問題の性質と件数が収集され、パフォーマンス指標と傾向分析に組み込まれるようにする
・プロジェクトマネージャー間の橋渡し役として、問題を迅速かつ効果的に解決するために、必要に応じてレビュアーおよびポストエディターとの調整をする
・特定された問題を正しく定義、明確に説明されていることを確認し、担当のプロジェクトマネージャーおよび言語スペシャリストに伝え、彼らのパフォーマンスとエンゲージメントのレベルを向上させる
・コンテンツデザインスペシャリストを必要に応じてサポートし、プロジェクトを時間的およびコスト的に効果的なものにするための調整をする
・アソシエイトディレクターおよびオペレーショナルエクセレンス部門責任者と協力し、主な品質問題を文書化し、翻訳サプライチェーンにおける QC および QA プロセスの継続的な改善に貢献する。
【必須要件】
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力
語彙、専門用語を含め、正しい構文、文法、スペリングが使いこなせる方
・ビジネス上級の英語力(Writing、Speaking)
・最低2年間の社会人業務経験
・母国語を含む少なくとも2つの言語でのコンテンツの校正、編集、フォーマットの検証ができる方
【歓迎要件】
・大卒以上(言語学、ビジネスまたは科学分野の専攻歓迎)または 社会人歴2 年以上
・翻訳者としての経験、 翻訳者、言語スペシャリストおよびDTP スペシャリストとしての経験をお持ちの方
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
・大量のコンテンツを含むプロジェクトに携わった実績があること
・ソフトウェア・QA の知識、 DTPおよびOCRの方法論、ツール、およびプロセスに関する知識があること
・グローバル環境での勤務経験
・CAT ツールまたはコンテンツ編集ツールを使用した経験
・後輩やメンバーへの指導・トレーニング経験、チームワークを調整した経験があること
・言語および文書による強力なコミュニケーションスキル
・細部にまで注意を払い続け、問題解決に取り組むことができる
・チームの一員として、また多様なチームとともに、主体的かつ積極的に業務を遂行できる能力があること
