品質保証【新横浜】プライム上場G/年次問わずチャレンジできる環境

【仕事内容】

マクニカで取り扱う半導体の品質保証を行います。

製品に関する品質関連の問合せ対応、顧客への報告書作成、訪問説明、調整業務等を通じて、顧客と仕入先との間を「品質」で繋ぎ、信頼関係を構築します。

  • 具体的な職務内容

半導体製品の不具合対応

顧客で発生した不具合に対して、必要に応じて仕入先とコミュニケーションを取り、不具合の解決に向けた行動をとります。

品質技術を活かし、早期問題解決に結び付けるために良い妥協点を見出し、そこに向けてリーディングします。

半導体製品の新規採用における認定サポート

顧客が製品に使用する半導体製品を認定する際のサポートを行います。

必要に応じて、仕入先工場(協力工場)への監査に同行し、認定のサポートを行います。

監査では海外工場に訪問することが多くなっています。

  • CQEの面白み

先端から成熟した半導体まで幅広く取り扱い、品質案件に対して解決を見出し、顧客や仕入先、社内の他部門から信頼を得られる仕事です。

既にある技術だけでなく、新規の半導体製造技術を把握し、発生した問題に対する対処能力を高め、 場合によっては仕入先に進言することで問題を解決していきます。その中で、顧客との難しい交渉なども発生しますが、 自分の経験とコミュニケーションを最大限発揮し、問題解決できた際の達成感は大きいです。

顧客と仕入先の両方の意見を理解し、Win-Winの関係を構築するためになくてはならない存在です。

・品質関連の実務経験

【勤務時間】08:45〜17:15(実働7時間30分・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均30時間

【給与】

500万円〜1000万円

月給制 基本給256500円〜※月給540,000円以上は管理職相当の為、固定・追加残業代なし

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として43610円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
