「お客様の悩みを解決する」自社ブランドの要として、コスメ・健康食品の企画開発をリードしていただきます。
- 戦略的な新商品企画・立案
- 美容液・スキンケアなどの「コスメ」およびサプリメント・美容ドリンク等の「健康食品」のトータルプロデュース。
- 市場データとトレンドを分析し、成分・エビデンス・コンセプトに基づいた戦略的な商品設計。
- OEMメーカーとの高度なディレクション
- 試作の細かなフィードバック、原料選定、コスト管理、スケジュール管理。
- 品質とオリジナリティを両立させるための工場との交渉・調整。
- 部門横断的なマーケティング連携
- SNS運用・広告担当と連携し、商品の魅力を最大化させるためのプロモーション戦略への参画。
