業務概要:
グローバルトレードコンプライアンス(輸出がメイン)に携わっていただきます。
内部監査、法令解釈及び適用による案件のリード、物品及び技術の規制対象性判定等をご担当いただきます(いずれも担当者レベル)。
業務内容:
・外為法、EAR及び必要に応じた各国輸出規制法の解釈、適用
・HSコードの正確な判定
・開発、調達、製造、ロジスティクス、営業等各部門へのガイダンス及びこれら部門との協業(海外担当者とのやり取りは日常的に発生します)
・国内外担当部門、法人への輸出監査
・海外子会社(主にアジア圏ですが、US,ドイツへの出張機会もあります)とのコミュニケーション及び支援
・全社的課題について、Global TCチーム(アジア、米国、ドイツ)における議論、プロジェクトの実行
変更の範囲:会社の定める業務
必須条件
・企業にて、法令(日本、米国又はその他の国の輸出規制法をいう。HSコード/CCLだけの実務経験でも可)の解釈及び適用の実務経験3年以上
もしくは
・法務部門での実務経験3年以上
もしくは
・弁護士資格を有し、国際取引(内容、規模を問わず、海外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションが必要な業務全般)に関する実務経験が1年以上
歓迎条件
・英語である程度専門性のあるディスカッションに参加し、リードできるポテンシャル、実績のある方(目安:TOEIC 850点以上/VERSANT 47点以上)
・簡単な(大学入学共通テストレベル)物理化学の知識を必要に応じてキャッチアップすることに抵抗がない方/メーカー担当者として、技術に関心をもてる方
・既存情報の正確性、信頼性を評価し、自ら考えて必要な情報を収集することに抵抗感がない方
・仕事を属人化させず、組織の利益にプライオリティを置いて行動するというチームの理念に共感していただける方

・一部の企業で言われがちな、「輸出業務に長く携わらないと見につかないカン、ノウハウ」はありません。もちろん経験は必要ですが、チームの課題を解決するためには、情報を整理し、ポイントを見抜き言語化するというコアスキルが重要です。
輸出管理業務を通じ、ビジネスマンとしての成長機会を提供できます。
・年齢を問わず、自分の意見を持ち、適切なマナーで表明することが求められます。「誰が言ったか」が無関係とは言いませんが、「何を言ったか」を最も重視する風土があります。
・テレワーク可(概ね週2回程度。但し、入社直後及び繁忙期は出社をお願いすることがあります。)
働き方:
・想定残業は月20h程度です。繁忙期(期末等)は月30h程度を想定しています。
・フレックス/在宅勤務を実施中。

- アサインメントによって出張の有無、頻度は大きく異なります。将来的には、海外出張を伴う可能性が高い業務においてPJリーダーとしてご活躍いただくことを期待しています。
