仕事内容: お客様の心に寄り添い、お寺での時間をサポートするお仕事です。

■ 場を整える(朝の準備)

朝は、お客様を気持ちよくお迎えするために、樹木葬庭園や本堂の清掃からスタートします。四季折々の草花に触れながら、ご自身の心も整えられる穏やかな時間です。

■ 想いを聴く(見学案内・受付)

樹木葬の見学にいらした方のご案内や、お電話の対応をお願いします。「お墓」の販売管理業務も含まれますが、強く売り込む必要はありません。まずはお客様のお悩みやご家族への想いに、じっくりと耳を傾けてください。

■ 大切な日を支える(法事・納骨サポート)

納骨や法要の準備、当日の参列者様のご案内など、住職やご家族のサポートを行います。故人様を想う大切なひとときに立ち会う、心温まる業務です。

入社後は、丁寧なマニュアルをもとに先輩スタッフが一つひとつお教えします。まずは先輩や住職の横について、流れを覚えることから始めましょう。

【未経験でも安心のチーム制】

現在、事務所内にはスタッフが2名常駐しています。

全員が他業種(学習塾、不動産営業、バスガイド等)からの転職で、お寺の知識ゼロからスタートしました。 入社後はマニュアルに沿って、私たちがしっかりとサポートしますのでご安心ください。

【こんなお仕事です】

お参りや見学、法事など、人の出入りが多い職場です。

樹木葬の案内や法事のサポートを通じて、お客様のお話をじっくり伺う機会が多くあります。「話を聞いてほしい」と訪れる方の気持ちに寄り添い、丁寧に対応できる方には、とてもやりがいのある温かい職場です。
