職務内容
日本・韓国市場向け セールス戦略の立案・実行
主要アカウントとの関係構築・成長推進
新規市場・新規顧客の開拓および成長パイプライン構築
代理店ネットワークの構築・管理(トレーニング、在庫、価格管理等)
グローバルKAM/Supply Chain/Finance/Logistics 等とのクロスファンクショナル連携
需要予測〜受注〜回収までの顧客体験プロセス全体管理
チームマネジメント(AM・Sales Admin の育成・評価・組織づくり)
コンプライアンス遵守、タレント開発、後継者育成計画の推進
出張対応(日本/韓国/海外、40-50% 程度)
理想の人材
商業領域での経験(営業・マーケティング・事業開発など)
チームマネジメント/チャネル管理経験(歓迎)
コーティング・添加剤・化学・インク・パッケージングなど、近い業界経験をお持ちの方(歓迎)
クロスファンクショナル連携の経験(SCM/Finance/Production/Logistics など)
価値提案型の営業スキル、顧客課題の深掘り・提案力
英語力必須(読み書き+海外との会議対応)
高いリーダーシップ・コミュニケーション能力
40〜50%の出張に対応可能な方
条件・待遇
年収:〜1,500万円(ベース約1,300万円+ボーナス)※ご経験により決定
勤務地:東京/大阪(いずれも可)
