九州・沖縄エリアの公共事業のお客様を担当するアカウントエグゼクティブを募集します。
このチームでは、弊社が持つ様々な製品、サービスを活用し、お客様の課題解決に貢献するプリセールス提案活動を行います。
(募集の背景)
公共事業のお客様において、ICTの利活用によるDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)は、今まで以上に求められております。
九州・沖縄エリアの、より多くのお客様のDXに貢献する為、九州・沖縄エリアの営業体制の強化をしております。
(職務内容)
・九州・沖縄エリア 公共事業を担当(医療機関、大学)
・お客様の課題のヒアリングと、課題解決の為の提案
・中長期ビジョンに基づく、大規模案件の創出
・九州・沖縄エリア全体をカバーする為のエリアカバレッジ戦略の作成と実行

・事前に決められた営業目標やターゲットに対して、優れた成果を収めた実績
・仮説検証を通じて、お客様のためにプロアクティブな活動ができる方
・効率的に業務を行い、多種多様なメンバーからなるチームをリードできる方
・社内外との高いコミュニケーション能力がある方
・担当のテリトリーにおける成長戦略を描くことができる方
【歓迎(WANT)】
下記の能力/経験のどれかを有する方を優遇します。
1. 効果的なコミュニケーションができる英語の読み書き能力があると、なお良い。TOEIC 650 点以上が望ましい
2. 公共お客様との関係構築および関係維持に関する経験。
3. デジタルテクノロジー(ビデオ、ソーシャル ネットワークなど)を活用した営業活動
