国内の電力の約3分の1を発電し、供給する燃料調達・輸送から、発電、電力/ガス販売に至る世界最大級の当社のエネルギーバリューチェーンは、国内卸電力市場や国際LNG市場の発展・流動化により、市場価格リスクの影響が大きくなっています。目まぐるしい市場の変化や当社の事業環境の変化に対応し、市場リスク・信用リスクから資産を守るという非常に重要なミッションを担います。

仕事内容
リスク総括ユニットには、主に市場リスク管理のルール作りとヘッジ実務を支えるチームと信用リスク管理を行うチームがあり、本募集は前者における中核メンバーとして、チームをリードし、業務を推進していただくポジションになります。

・エネルギー・コモディティデリバティブの契約実務・決済

・ヘッジ手法およびヘッジ会計手法の検討・実装

・リスクヘッジの実施状況に関するレポーティング

・その他、直属の上長の命ずる業務

・一般的な財務会計に関する知識(日本基準・IFRS)

・自律的かつ主体的な業務遂行

・数字に対する正確性と分析力

・ISDAに関する知見およびデリバティブ取引の契約運用に関する実務経験

・ヘッジ会計に関する知見及びデリバティブ取引の会計実務経験

・エネルギー業界における決済・会計処理の経験

・中級レベル(TOEIC600点以上)の英語力

勤務時間
1. フレックスタイム制 勤務時間は7時00分から22時00分の間で自主的に決定し、コアタイムは設けないものとする。 ただし、1日最低4時間以上勤務しなければならない。 2. 休憩時間 1時間 3. 所定時間外労働 有
