事務助手(非常勤職員)の募集について
国立がん研究センター築地キャンパスでは事務助手を下記のとおり募集します。
1.職名および人数
研究監査室 事務助手(非常勤職員) 1名
2.職務内容
研究監査業務(医師主導の治験、特定臨床研究、倫理指針適用の臨床研究の監査)
研究監査業務に伴い必要となる資料・文書・チェックリスト等の作成等
3.応募資格
次の(1)-(6)の要件を満たす方
(1) CRO 等で治験の監査業務の経験を3年以上有する方若しくは治験のモニタリン
グ業務の経験を5年以上及び監査業務の経験を1年以上有する方
(2) 監査責任者からの指示に応じて、次の①-⑤を円滑に行える方
① 監査業務関連文書類及びチェックリストの作成
② 直接閲覧及び医師・CRC 等へのインタビュー並びに監査記録の作成
③ 監査責任者への進捗状況等の報告
④ 監査責任者からの指示に応じた追加確認
⑤ 監査業務に係る資料・文書等の作成
(3) 医療系国家資格を有するか又は四年生の大学(自然科学系)卒業若しくはそれと
同等以上の教育課程を履修した方
(4) 医薬品医療機器等法、臨床研究法、GCP 省令等の医薬品、医療機器及び再生医
療等製品に係る法令並びに生命・医学系指針に精通し、監査を実施するにあたっ
て必要となるトレーニングを継続的に行っている方
(5) 当センターの理念・基本方針を理解し、職務に誠実かつ積極的に取り組む意欲が
ある方
(6) コンプライアンスを遵守し、他の監査担当職員と協調して業務を遂行できる方
4.処遇等
(身分) 非常勤職員
(勤務時間) 勤務日:週 20 時間(週 3~5 日、月~金曜日)
勤務時間:8 時 30 分~17 時 15 分の間(必要に応じて休憩 1 時間含む)
※応相談
(給与等) 時間給 1,530 円~当センター非常勤職員給与規程により決定
交通費支給、社会保険(週 20 時間以上勤務)、雇用保険(週 20 時間以
上勤務)、有給休暇有り(勤務時間に応じた日数)
5.雇用期間
採用日から翌 3 月 31 日まで(※)
※年度毎の任期更新審査結果により、任期が更新される場合があります。
※採用日から 3 ヶ月間は試用期間となります。
6.採用年月日
令和8年4月1日以降

採用決定後、職員証(IC カード)に使用します。

(3) 最終学歴の卒業証書の写し、または卒業証明書
(4) 職務経歴書(職務内容を記載のこと) ※任意書式(A4 判)

書類選考を行ったのち、対象者に面接選考を行います。
