美容系予約サイトに掲載している店舗を支えるお仕事。相手の『困った』を一緒に解決していく、電話対応のないサポート業務です。
【画面の向こうで助かったをつくる】
対応するのは、店舗の方が使う「求人管理システム」に関するお問い合わせ。
店舗の方から届くお問い合わせに、メールやチャットで対応します。電話対応はありません。
【入力スキルがあればOK】
必要なのは、基本的なPC操作。タッチタイピングやコピー&ペーストなどのショートカットキーが使えれば大丈夫。

研修を終えたあとも、新しい知識や運用の追加・変更が行われることがあります。変化を前向きに受け止めながら、協力し合って進めていく。そんな姿勢を大切にしているチームです。
