PVH Japan is embarking on a strategic Procurement System Project (SAP Ariba).
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Project Manager to lead local project execution, coordinate with APAC stakeholders, and manage vendor communication in Japan.
The role will also involve creating user-facing operational documentation and providing bilingual support to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.Key Responsibilities
Act as the local project manager for SAP Ariba implementation in Japan, reporting to the IT Director.
Manage system integration between internal IT systems and vendor-side connections.
Serve as the liaison between Japanese vendors and APAC IT teams, ensuring seamless communication (Japanese English).
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and project go-live activities.
Develop and translate operational manuals, training materials, and user guidance into Japanese for local employees.
Provide vendor onboarding support and guidance for suppliers using the new procurement system.
Capture and relay feedback from Japanese vendors to APAC IT teams.
Deliver Ariba system support to local users, offering bilingual assistance in Japanese and English.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager or IT Consultant in SAP Ariba implementation.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and system integration.
Excellent Japanese language skills (Fluent) and strong English communication skills.
Ability to prepare and deliver clear operational documentation and training in Japanese.
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating across Japan, APAC, and vendor organizations.
Familiarity with UAT management and system rollout support.
