弊社サービスは、買付から発送までのサポートや、日々の出品活動の支援、チャットサポート、マニュアルサイトなど、未経験者でもECサイト運営を容易に開始できる仕組みとなっています。

5年と歴史は浅いですが、数多くの実績を作っているので、納得してもらえるご提案ができます。

※チーム全体で目標を達成するため、個人の予算はありません。

お客様との商談は、Zoomなど基本的にはオンラインとなります。

慣れるまでは、先輩とのロープレやよくあるご質問事項などを覚えていただき、先輩の商談に同席するなどして、提案方法やお客様からの質問などやりとりの流れを見ていただきます。

個人・法人のお客様向けに「EC物販サービス」をご案内する営業です。

お客様からのお問い合わせに対してご連絡をする反響営業のスタイルのため、いきなりお客様へ電話連絡や訪問することはありません。

未経験の方でも安心してスタートできるように、トークスクリプトを完備しております。

また、先輩社員のプレゼン内容や資料も社内で共有していますので、未経験の方でも早期に独り立ちできるようなサポート体制があります。

[教育・研修について]

入社後は先輩の電話内容やよくある質問事項などで知識をつけていただき、先輩とロープレなどを行ってからお客様へお電話する流れです。

専門知識がなくても、無理なくスタートできるサポート体制がありますのでご安心下さい。

[求める人物像]

未経験者応募OK、学歴不問

第二新卒応募OK、既卒の方もOK

[時間]

9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

※ランチタイム・休憩時間は自由に決められます。

月給220,000円〜

(固定残業代10時間分20,000円含む、超過分別途支給)

入社1年目・25歳/年収378万円(月給22万円、諸手当含む)

入社3年目・28歳/年収550万円(月給30万円、諸手当含む)

入社4年目・31歳/年収600万円(月給38万円、諸手当含む)
