<塾長より>

仕事内容
- 小・中学生への学習指導
集団指導部門では、1クラス18名程度の生徒に対して黒板を使って指導します。担当科目は、あなたの得意科目を考慮して決定するので安心です。個別指導部門は、隣に座って指導する家庭教師のようなスタイルです。まず1対1・1対2の指導になれてから、最終的に1コマで最大3名までを担当して頂きます。(英語・数学の指導中心です)
集団指導・個別指導どちらになるかは、面接時に希望を伺い、適性等を考慮して決定します。
- 教室運営および管理
教室長になると、生徒・父母面談や配布物の作成、成績管理なども行っていただきます。入社1年目は、教室の美化活動や教材の整理などの簡単なお手伝いをお願いします。
- 自社オリジナル教材の作成
ニスコで使用する教材は、ほとんどが自社オリジナル。講師の皆さんには、教材研究の一環として模擬テストなどの作成をお願いしています。
皆で協力しながら作成するので、高度なPCスキルは必要ありません。

教育・研修について
最初の1カ月程度は、授業見学や教材研究(テキスト学習等)、模擬授業(教え方の学習等)などを行います。安心してデビューできるための研修制度が整っています。指導の手順マニュアルがあるので、未経験の方もすぐにできるようになります。
課やチームでのミーティングも頻繁にあるため、デビュー後も同じ教科の先生同士で話せる機会がたくさんあります。悩みや不安があったらそこで気軽に相談できることも心強いと思います。また、こういうことにチャレンジしていきたいなど、スキルアップの希望なども伝えることができます。
