このポジションは、中期経営計画に基づいた人事戦略の内、人員計画の立案ならびに達成に向けた採用戦略設計と運営を担うマネジメントポジションです。

求める人財像やターゲットの確定、当社の知名度や認知度を踏まえた実現可能性などを織り込んだ上で、採用戦略については役員陣と合意形成を図った上で、採用業務従事者3名及び派遣社員1名と協働し、人員計画の達成を目指します。

採用の「数」だけでなく、当社のPMVVに共感性を発揮し、潜在能力が高い人材の確保をすべく「質」を向上させる取り組みを推進していくことになります。

【募集背景】

・上場を見据え、2024年10月に経営企画本部を立ち上げました。少数精鋭のメンバーで中期経営計画、事業企画、資本戦略立案と幅広いMISSIONを担っています。

・経営企画本部のメンバーのバックグラウンドは、メガバンク、外資系コンサルファーム、税理士法人、IR企業と多様かつ、それぞれの専門性を持っております。

・今回採用にいたった背景は、戦略立案に向けた調査業務を行うメンバーをお迎えし、より強固な体制を構築するためです。

  • 業務内容中期経営計画の立案、事業企画の立案、これらに伴う市場調査や分析、経営委員会等の会議体運営などに携わっていただきます。

具体的には・・・

・調査業務:文献調査、データ収集・整理、会議聴講・報告

・報告業務:調査レポート・資料の作成

・企画立案業務:事業戦略の策定等

・会議運営業務:経営委員会等の重要な会議体

    経営企画は、単なるバックオフィスではありません。

    経営者の「右腕」として、ビジョンを戦略に、戦略をアクションに落とし込み、数字とアイデアの両輪で会社の未来を動かしていく「司令塔」としての役割を担っていただきます。

  • 業務を遂行いただくなかで、以下スキルを磨くことができます・経営管理スキル(企業戦略・事業戦略・資本戦略等に係るスキル)

    ・経営方針を具体的な施策に落としこむ経営企画・推進スキル

    ・高度なビジネス調整スキル(※金融機関、経営陣などさまざまなステークホルダーとの調整業務もご担当いただくため、ポータブルスキルとして高度な調整スキルが身に付きます)

  • 働き方・ご入社後は初めのうちは出社をして業務に慣れていただきますが、リモートワークも週の半分程度(2~3日)利用可能でフレックスタイム制度もあり柔軟な働き方が可能でございます。残業時間についても、平均30時間程度と抑えられており、しっかりとした組織の体制がございます。

  • 以下いずれかのご経験・コンサルティングファームでの勤務経験

    ・シンクタンクでの勤務経験

    ・外部の支援会社としてベンチャー企業の支援経験

    ・REITに関わる経験

    ・ベンチャーキャピタルでの勤務経験

    ・M&A専門ファームでの勤務経験

    ・証券会社や金融機関などでM&Aに関わった経験

    ・事業会社で経営企画もしくは事業企画の経験

  • 歓迎条件:・市場・産業・技術動向の調査またはコンサルティング業務経験(業界問わず)

    ・マーケティングや事業戦略の企画・立案経験(市場・業界動向調査、データ収集・集計・分析、調査資料・報告書作成)

    ・英語(TOEIC800点以上目安。ニュース記事やレポートを読解、日本語で要約することが可能なレベル)
