仕事内容

上野の小さなホテル(全3室)にて、管理業務全般をお願いします。

【具体的にお任せすること】

  • チェックイン・アウト対応(1組5〜10分程度)
  • 客室の確認・清掃(1日1〜2部屋程度)
  • 宿泊予約者からの問い合わせ対応(チャットメイン)
  • 施設案内やトラブル時の一次対応
  • ゲスト対応記録の入力

  • 設備不具合時の業者手配の補助

  • 電話対応はほとんどなく、接客も1対1で丁寧に向き合える環境です。

  • すべてマニュアル化されているので、未経験の方もご安心ください

このお仕事のポイント

【「実働」は意外と短いんです】

1日12時間の勤務ですが、ずっと動き回っているわけではありません。

客室3室のみの小規模ホテルなので、清掃や対応がない日は、実働時間がかなり短くなることも。

「今日は実質数時間しか作業していないな…」なんて日も珍しくありません。

※ただし、毎日「清掃・対応ゼロ」ではないため、メリハリを持って取り組める方を歓迎します。

【世界各国のゲストとの出会い】

お客様の多くは海外の方。

英語ができなくても翻訳機で対応できますが、「語学を勉強中」という方にとっては、

学んだフレーズを実践できる最高の場になります

【待機時間の過ごし方は自由自在】

業務以外の時間は、管理人室で待機。

緊急時に備えていただければ、勉強、読書、動画鑑賞、PCでの副業など、本当に自由です

「座っている時間も給与が発生する」という圧倒的なゆとりを楽しんでください。

・基本的なPC操作

  • 文字や数字の入力ができればOKです

  • 接客・電話・チャット対応など。アルバイト経験でも大丈夫です

  • 翻訳機を使いながら丁寧に対応できる方であれば問題ありません

総労働時間:1週あたり36時間

  • 日勤:9:00〜21:00
