Working hours: 9:00-17:45 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))

The Service Business Division of Lenovo Japan is an organization that handles the sales, promotion, and development of services and solutions.

In the corporate business sector, it aims to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners, develop and expand new business opportunities, and use marketing techniques to introduce new services to the market and expand operations.

Roles And Responsibilities

Planning and executing sales expansion plans for Lenovo-handled software (MS Defender, SentinelOne, Ivanti, etc.)
Developing and optimizing solutions for MS Defender and SentinelOne
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners in the corporate business sector
Developing and expanding new business opportunities and operations
Introducing new services to the market and expanding operations using marketing techniques
Formulating and executing strategies related to the sales, promotion, and development of services
Providing and supporting customized solutions based on customer needs
Supporting strategic decision-making through market trend analysis and competitor research

Key Interaction with

Corporate customers, Lenovo Japan, business partners
Lenovo Japan Commercial Sales Department

Requirement

Must Have – Essential

Possess technical sales skills and experience in corporate service business, with more than 5 years of experience preferred.
Deep knowledge and practical experience with security software (MS Defender, SentinelOne, Ivanti, etc.)
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers and business partners in the corporate business sector
Experience in developing and optimizing security solutions
Experience in introducing new services to the market and expanding operations using marketing techniques
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and a team player
Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity

Good to have – desirable

Experience in the high-tech industry
University graduate with more than 5 years of professional experience
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the security industry
Experience as an innovator and pioneer in process improvement
Experience in reducing procurement costs and innovating procurement processes
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience providing and supporting customized solutions
Experience supporting strategic decision-making through market trend analysis and competitor research
English proficiency with a TOEIC score of approximately 700
