仕事内容


全国の鉄道インフラ機器メーカーとして鉄道設備や機器、配線を守るための金具を設計しています。提案、測量(現地調査)、CADによる設計など幅広い分野で活躍することができます。

駅 -STATION-

駅構内には、ユタカ電業の製品が数多く使用されています。

駅のホームなどに設置するカメラや時計、モニターの取付金具等の設計製作をしており、お客様の安心安全を守っているのです。

通信機器室 -COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT ROOM-

通信機器室には駅の通信設備を動かすための機器やケーブルが設置されています。

効率的かつ見栄えが良いケーブル配線ができるような設備を提供し、良好なネットワーク環境の構築に貢献しています。

在来線 -LOCAL LINE-

沿線には鉄道の安全な運航に欠かせない通信ケーブルが敷設されています。

ユタカ電業では通信ケーブルを自然災害や鼠害などから保護するためのダクトやトラフ橋を設計製作しています。

新幹線 -BULLET TRAIN-

ユタカ電業は、新幹線事業にも深く関わっています。

代表的なものですと、東北新幹線や北陸新幹線、さらに九州新幹線など、北から南まで、お客様に機器を載せる架台や支持金具などを納入しています。

当社は、山口・東京・仙台・大阪に拠点を置く会社です。

沿線設備、駅ホーム設備、駅の機器室設備など、

鉄道の安全運行に欠かせない「通信・信号金物」をオーダーメイドで作り続けています。

鉄道の中のニッチな製品を担当していますが、

1つのトンネル内にユタカ電業の製品が100個取り付けられていたりもします。

JR各社を主要取引先としており、近年では北陸新幹線や九州新幹線の事業に参画しています。

また、5G回線を使用できるようにするための5G設備の設置にも携わっています。

私たちの事業は『国家プロジェクト』『日本の交通インフラ整備』という大きなテーマと密接に関わっています。

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 17万7880円 〜 18万40円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万2120円 〜 3万2460円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万5000円

一律現場手当:30,000円(固定給に含む)

一律地域手当:15,000円(固定給に含む)

※試用期間中は現場手当の金額が異なります。

ほか手当

  • 通勤手当(上限1.5万円/月)
  • ライフサポート手当:扶養に入っている配偶者15,000円・子一人2,500円
  • 住宅手当(支給条件あり)

〇資格手当:第一種電気工事士5,000円・第二種電気工事士3,000円・第三種電気主任技術者10,000円

昇給:年1回(前年実績3,000円~15,000円)

賞与:年2回
