給与・待遇詳細

・基本給:279,600円~359,000円 ・介護支援手当:24,000円 ・特定加算手当:5,000円 ・オンコール手当:1回5,000円(月平均6~8回程度) ・扶養手当、住宅手当、通勤手当(全額支給) ・年2回賞与(7月・12月)計4ヶ月分 ・年1回定期昇給
