Job Description
Summary
An Amplifier EPM conducts audio amplifier development for automotive application.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial amplifier performance and functional feasibility check at concept stage by communicating both with internal team and customer at concept stage.
- Create and maintain audio amplifier specification document.
- Arrange amplifier validation test items cooperatively with internal team through negotiation with customer.
- Conduct amplifier application development such as circuit design/review, PCB design/review, components selection/review, EMI review, Drawing creation/review, BOM creation/review.
- Conduct plant and supplier arrangement for prototype build and customer prototype parts delivery.
- Conduct vehicle level operation check/review and manage issues found during these activities by communicating both internally and with customer.
- Conduct detail amplifier measurement, evaluation as needed.
- Communicate with SW engineers to develop SW to be embedded based on the standard knowledge of the SW/HW integrated development.
- Submit required documents related to activities above both internally and to customer.
- Attend design review to confirm the amplifier meets audio system, vehicle system requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master degree of electrical engineering.
- Hands-on engineer.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in automotive engineering preferred.
Business level English preferred.
