【お仕事内容】

OIST(大学院大学)で試験準備のサポート、データ入力、教員や学生からの問い合わせ対応、スケジュールの調整などの事務業務

・試験準備の支援(資料の照合、試験日程調整、試験進行確認)

・試験結果の確認、データベースへの入力

・学習進捗報告書の確認、データベースへの入力

・教員、学生からのメールや電話での問い合わせ対応

・大学院の行事・イベント(卒業式、入学式等)のサポート業務

・その他、付随する業務全般

・TOEIC700程度の英語力(過去取得の点数でもOK)

・ビジネスレベルの日本語力

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~17:30(実働7時間30分)

残業ほぼなし (月0~5時間程度)

休暇・休日:

土日祝休み 完全週休2日

沖縄自動車道「石川IC」より車で10分
