毎日の連絡やちょっとした会話を通して、

将来の進路など、学生の悩みに寄り添い

ながらアドバイスします。

  • 出席や成績の管理

一人ひとりの成長を見守りながら、

出席状況やテストの結果を管理します。

13:30 学生の進路相談。夢に向かって頑張る学生の話に、こちらも熱くなります。

15:00 事務作業。テストの採点や成績管理など。

16:30 イベント企画会議。次のスポーツ大会のアイデアをチームで出し合います。

17:30 退勤。残業はほとんどないので、プライベートの時間も大切にできます。
