仕事概要


株式会社FiTは「暮らしにフィットネスを」をビジョンに、ITとリアルを融合した次世代型フィットネスジム「LifeFit」を展開するスタートアップ企業です。 設立からわずか4年で全国に約250店舗を展開しており、現在も積極的な出店を進めています。今後の更なる成長のため、出店戦略を担う「店舗開発」ポジションを募集しています。 本ポジションでは、フィットネスジム「LifeFit」の直営店およびFC店舗の出店に関わる物件調達・出店支援を行っていただきます。 具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
• 物件の探索・調査:出店エリアでの物件発掘および地場不動産会社との関係構築
• 出店物件のフィットネス出店要件の確認
• 商圏分析、物件調査、レポート作成
• 社内営業担当への物件提案(トスアップ)
• FC候補者や直営責任者・設計業者との現地調査、内見同行
• 出店要件の確認、申込、契約手続きなどのフロント業務
• 出店済みデータの分析、繁盛店ロジックの整理・社内共有 当社はフランチャイズ・直営両方での出店を行なっており、フランチャイズ候補者のための物件発掘を主として実施します。 ポジションの魅力

•1000店舗を目指すスケールの大きな成長戦略に携われます すでに250の出店を手掛けてきた開発、営業担当のマネージャーがしっかりとサポートしつつ、持ち味を活かして働いていただくことができます。 関東チームは現在4人。これまで未経験から100店舗以上を作り上げたマネージャーや先輩社員、フィットネス業で経験ある施工担当もいる環境です。

・基本的なPCスキル ・法人折衝または不動産関係者との折衝経験

歓迎スキル


・不動産仲介経験 ・営業経験 *フランチャイズ経験・フィットネス業務は一切不要

・すぐに行動できる(不動産物件はすぐに借り手が見つかってしまう激戦状態・スピードが大切になります) ・相手の立場になって考えることができる(フランチャイズオーナーの気持ちになり、安心して出店を進めることができるよう各種確認を行うことが大切です)
