Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Administrative Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities
- Provide day to day departmental/project support activities;
- Coordinate and provide minutes for department meetings or conference calls;
- Maintain spreadsheets as necessary;
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary; and
- Format documents in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of administrative experience is necessary, healthcare experience in addition is a plus;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed;
- Bilingual Japanese and English;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; and
- Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
