住宅や公共施設の改修工事、

土木工事・リフォーム工事などの、

『施工管理』及び『マネジメント業務』

をお任せします

お仕事の詳細

【スケジュール調整】

・業者さんと打ち合わせし、スケジュールを決定

・スケジュールに沿った資材の搬入手配

・計画通りに工事が進んでいるかの確認

【現場の安全確認】

・事故が無いよう、安全に作業が行われているかの確認

【工事の予算管理】

・あらかじめ予算に合った材料や業者の手配

【品質の管理】

・寸法や強度に問題はないかの確認

  • 未経験活躍中です

最初は現場にて簡単なことからお任せ

先輩社員がイチから丁寧に教えますので

全くの未経験の方もご安心ください

業績好調につき<増員募集>

組織構成:現在、9名の社員が在籍中

(施工管理5名、積算1名、事務員2名、大工1名)

年齢層:30~60代のメンバーで構成されており、

様々な年代の社員が活躍中です

【出張・転勤なし】

  • 東京近郊(一都三県メイン)の現場

・現場に配属になれば、基本は常駐での勤務となります。

・当社が引き受けるのは東京近郊(一都三県)の案件のみ。

・出張対応などはないため、遠出の心配もありません

・プライベートや家族の時間もしっかり作れます

勤務時間


本社…8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

作業所…8:00~17:00(休憩90分)

給与


年収 円 ~

月給 240000円 ~

+賞与+諸手当

※経験・スキルを考慮のうえ、決定します。

※試用期間3ヶ月(期間中の待遇に変動はありません)

※残業代別途全額支給
