募集背景

中長期的な事業成長を見据え、事業戦略の実行と組織拡大を同時に推進できるマネジメント人材を募集しております。

既存事業の拡張に加え、新規プロジェクトやリソースの最適化を通じて、事業の持続的な成長を牽引していただく役割です。

事業責任者として、戦略の立案から実行、組織マネジメントまで一貫して担当いただける方を求めております。

業務内容

エンジニア紹介事業の責任者として、以下の業務を中心にご担当いただきます

・事業戦略・KPI設計/3ヵ年計画の策定と実行管理

・チームマネジメント:管掌チームの成果管理、育成、評価

・オンボーディング・OJT設計および採用・育成スキームの構築

・法人開拓戦略/営業戦術の構築

・SFA/営業プロセスの設計や業務効率化の仕組み化

・市場・顧客情報を踏まえた新規サービス企画・価値提案

・事業課題の特定と改善施策の企画・実行(組織・収益の両面)

キャリアステップ

短期(〜1年)

現状の把握と課題抽出、戦略・KPIの再設計、組織体制の再構築をリードしていただきます。

新規チャネルやサービス開発を含む事業拡張フェーズを推進していただきます。

隣接領域の統括や複数プロジェクトのマネジメントなど、部門横断的な責任範囲をお任せいたします。

【MUST】いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

人材紹介事業やHR領域におけるマネジメント経験(チーム管理・育成の経験)

戦略策定~実行まで一連の業務を推進した経験

KPI設計や進捗管理など、数値を用いた成果管理経験

組織のオンボーディング・OJTなど、チーム育成の仕組み構築経験

高いコミュニケーション力と、経営層や他部門と協働できる能力

【給与】

入社時想定年収 600 万円〜1300 万円

通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給(上限月額3万円)

当社では、グレードによって給与のミニマムとマックスが決まっております。昇給昇格は年2回(7月/1月)実施しており、早期キャリアアップの実現も可能です抜擢人事も積極的に行なっているため、入社半年で昇給昇格をしているメンバーもいらっしゃいます。

評価制度は「定量面」と「定性面」の両面を見ており、その両面の成果次第で毎年年収を50万円づつ上げているメンバーもいれば、一気に100万円上げている方もいらっしゃいます。
