仕事内容


ご希望や適性を考慮し、お仕事を担当していただきます。

具体的には

・電話応対、データ入力、簡単な事務作業から

<総務系業務内容>

・不動産管理(社員寮などの新規契約、更新手続き、解約手続き、寮のトラブル対応、ライフライン開始と停止の手続き、家賃集計など)

・保険管理(火災保険・賠償責任保険・業務災害保険・PL保険・自動車保険等の新規契約・更新手続き・解約手続き・事故・災害時の保険手続き対応など)

故対応等)

・社内文書(株主総会・取締役会議事録等作成、稟議書管理、リーガルチェック)

・社外文書関係(各種契約書、登記簿関連の届出、就業規則、三六協定、防火管理など)

※就業規則・三六協定は社労士に外注

・施設管理(本社改装・移転・修繕、セキュリティカード管理、倉庫内の物品管理および廃棄手配など、新店舗の出店準備・・修繕・撤退、防災チェック・避難訓練・消防署立ち入り検査対応)

・社内行事補助

・福利厚生(健康診断通知・予約・管理)

・協会運営(リラクゼーション業協会・全国温泉施設協会・サウナスパ協会の窓口)

・社有車管理(リース車新規契約・更新・解約手続き、JAF会員手続き・ETC管理・ガソリンカード管理・事

・運転業務(役員、研修生送迎(オートマ限定可)) など

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

※賞与は本人の実績評価により支給あり
