概要
PMOとして、プロジェクトのデリバリーを主導していただきます。おまかせする業務内容には、主にプロジェクト計画の管理、ITプログラムチームのリード、プロジェクトを納期および予算内で完遂させること等が含まれます。
職務内容と責任:
- システム開発プロセス全体を監督する
- ビジネスパートナーおよび共有サービスと連携してプロジェクト計画を策定・管理する
- プロジェクト管理プロセスを適用し、ITプログラムチームをリード・管理する
- プロジェクト上の課題を解決し、リスクを管理する

応募条件と資格:
- 日本の顧客向けプロジェクトにベンダー側で参画されたご経験(3年以上)
- ステークホルダーマネジメントのご経験
- プロジェクト管理の考え方、およびSDLC(システム開発ライフサイクル)手法に精通している
- お客様が抱える課題の解決に向けて、現地のデリバリーチームと協業して業務にあたることができる能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語がネイティブレベルであること
歓迎される経験:
- 保険業界または金融サービス業界での経験
- Agile/Leanの経験を持つPMP資格保有者
言語要件:
- 日本語:ネイティブ
- 英語:あれば尚可(必須ではない)
- その他の言語:中国語(あれば尚可)
