- 法人企画部のミッション
パナソニックホールディングス、グループ各社およびサプライヤー・取引先企業に対して、リスクコンサルタントとして事業リスクの分析、評価を行い、保険を含めた適切なリスクソリューションを提案することが法人部門のミッションとなります。高度な専門性を活かして、パナソニックグループ(含むサプライヤー)の事業の継続および持続的な成長に貢献することを目指します。

パナソニックグループの法人、サプライヤー向けの営業活動の新規施策の企画立案・推進、リスクマネジメントサービスの開発、運営、

法人部門の営業活動を強化するにあたって、営業施策の企画立案・推進・実践を担うことができる担当者を募集します。
- 担当業務と役割
生損保の法人向け営業経験を踏まえて、パナソニックおよびグループ会社に対するリスクコンサルティングを通じて保険に限定されないソリューションを提案し、事業の継続的な成長に貢献することにより、当社がパナソニックグループにとって「なくてはならない存在」として評価されることを目指します。
- 具体的な仕事内容
パナソニックグループの法人向けの保険営業(リスクソリューション提案)および企画立案・推進。
- この仕事を通じて得られること
日本を代表するモノづくり企業のリスクマネジメントに携わることにより、高度なリスクマネジメントスキルの習得が可能です。
- 職場の雰囲気
法人部門は約40名。親会社(パナソニックグループ)からの出向者は2名と少なく、新卒または中途入社のプロパー社員が中心の要員構成です。保険会社出身者も一定割合在籍し、専門性の維持・向上に貢献しています。20歳代~60歳代まで、幅広い年齢層のメンバーが活躍しています。
- キャリアパス
法人部門の営業企画担当者として入社いただきますが、本人の適性と希望に応じて、他の部門(営業担当、コーポレート部門、職域部門)への人事異動の可能性もあります。また本人の意欲と能力によっては組織管理職(課長・部長)への昇進の可能性もあります。
資格・スキル・経験など
保険会社(損害保険会社が望ましい)における企業営業経験必須。
ワードエクセル、パワーポイント等の基礎的ITスキル必須。
