仕事内容:

株式会社東名テクノロジーズでの事務職のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

技術を駆使して中小企業のビジネス環境をサポートする事務職として、通信環境構築やネットワーク工事などのフィールドワークをバックアップする社内業務全般をお任せします。

・社内システムへの工事情報・顧客情報の入力

・工事依頼書・作業報告書などの書類処理・管理

・工事スケジュールの予定管理・進捗確認

・配線材料・機器部材の在庫確認と発注業務

・見積作成・請求書作成・請求業務

・顧客からの問い合わせ対応

・営業データの集計・分析

・Excel・社内システムを使ったデータ入力・集計業務

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥218,900以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,700(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・基本給 179,000円~

・諸手当4200円

・固定残業代 35,700円~(25時間分相当)

時間外手当は、時間外労働があるかないかに

関わらず、固定残業代として支給。

25時間を超える時間外労働は分単位で支給いたします。

■給与日/毎月月末〆翌月20日支払

■昇降給・昇降格年2回

■賞与あり年2回
