大手光学機械メーカーでのお仕事

品質に関わる各種取り組みを支える

事務局業務 をお任せします。

社内のさまざまな部署と関わりながら、

品質向上に向けた活動を

裏側からサポートしていくポジションです。

主な担当業務

【品質教育のサポート】

品質戦略推進部が主催する教育・研修について、

計画立案から講師調整、準備、当日の対応、

実施後の集計までを担当します。

【品質イベントの運営】

全社の改善事例発表会や品質に関する講演会など、

イベントに関わる事務局業務全般

(計画・準備・設営・当日の運営)を行います。

【改善提案に関する業務】

改善事例の集計やシステム登録、

改善奨励金の配布など、

改善提案制度の事務局対応を行います。

【その他】

経費精算や庶務業務など、

部門内のサポート業務も担当します。
