金融機関向けゲートウェイ(GW)システムの設計・開発・導入・保守を担当いただきます。
5名~20名程度のチームリーダーとして社内外の関係者との調整、進捗管理、品質管理を実施いただきます。
プロジェクトマネージャーとしてのノウハウがあればその知識を発揮できる職務です。
プロジェクトでの経験を積んでいただいた後、将来的にはビジネス検討やチャネル戦略を推進する中核人材として活躍することも可能です。

スキル要件
【必須スキル・経験】
- 5名以上のチームリーダーまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- システム開発経験(目安:3年以上)
- 金融分野の知識・経験
- 金融システム導入プロジェクトへの参画経験
- 社内外・パートナー・顧客との調整・交渉経験
【有ると望ましいスキル・経験】
- JP1(日立社)知識、経験
- インフラ領域(クラウド、NW、HWなど)に関する基礎的な知識

金融機関向けシステムの導入・保守を担う部署で、ゲートウェイシステム(システム間通信を仲介する仕組み)の設計・開発・導入・保守業務を担当します。
