「産拠点戦略部 施設企画課/施設企画_係長級」のポジションの求人です
■理想工場を実現する建設プロジェクトマネジメント■
工場建設に関する仕様決定及び各種調整、建設会社との折衝、事管理業務などを通じてQCD アウトプットを最大化し、理想場を創るマネジメント業務を担っていただきます。
■工場のCN・コスト・BCPを支える、総合エネルギー企画■
施設・エネルギーに関して、CNへの対応、エネルギーコストの抑制、そして事業継続性(BCP)の強化という3つの視点を軸に、工場全体のエネルギー利用に関する中長期的な最適化を図る戦略を立案し、実行していただきます。

≪募集背景≫
デクセリアルズの中期経営計画「進化の実現」のため、産拠点戦略部は安定かつ効率的な製品生産を目指し、グループ内全ての生産拠点の戦略案と実を担っています。
中でも国内主場である栃木事業所と沼事業所においては、大型工場建設及び改修のプロジェクトが進捗中です。その他事業所においても増産対応等、生産拠点戦略を確実に進化・進捗させる必要があります。また、中期的に工場施設及びエネルギー管理の機能強化が必須であることなどから高い視座で施設企画業務に従事していただける、係長・リーダークラスの方を募集します。

国内製造事業所(栃、沼、登、多賀城、恵庭)に出張あり。頻度は担当するプロジェクトにより変動いたします。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
以下、どちらかの条件を満たしている方
1.大規模工場(200名以上の規模)において、施設管理又は施設エンジニアリング業務を概ね 7 年程度経験された方。
2.ゼネコン、サブコンにおいてエンジニアリング業務を概ね7年程度経験された方。
⇒建設会社との折衝・共同設計経験があり、建設工事の流れを把握していること、またそこから課題抽出できるレベルを想定しております。

【給与】
年収 600 ~ 900 万円
※経験・能力等を踏まえ決定します。
