経験・資格を活かせる設計職金融機関のデザインをおまかせします◎
「城下町の雰囲気にあった落ち着いた内装にしたい」「IT化に対応した店舗にしたい」といった
金融機関の要望に合わせた店舗の提案から、設計、施工管理まで担当します。
全国出張もあるため「ずっと内勤では窮屈だ」という方にはおすすめの設計職です
【仕事の流れ】
▼お客様と打ち合わせ
全国のお客様のもとを営業と一緒に訪問。どのようなデザインにしたいかヒアリングします。
▼図面を作成
図面作成ソフトを使用して、お客様への提案資料を作成します。
▼設計プランをプレゼンテーション
資料を用いて、営業と一緒にプレゼンをします。
▼受注後は各種手配
図面に沿って材料の発注や施工業者への依頼をします。
▼施工スタート
工事開始後は現場を訪れ図面通りに工事が進むよう立ち会います。
数日から長いと半年かかる現場もあります。(半年間常駐はしません)
※1人につき常時3~4件並行して案件を進行しているイメージです。
※「家具の設計」といった10万円程度の案件から、「店舗の内装設計」といった1億円以上の案件までさまざまです。

資格に応じた手当を支給(二級建築士1万円など)。
さらに取得したい資格には受験料の支給と資格手当でモチベーション高くスキルアップに望めます。
◎全国出張あり
打合わせや現場立会のため、多い時は週に1回ほどの頻度で出張があります。
空いた時間にはご当地グルメを楽しんだり各地の建築物を観て回ったりと社員の楽しみになっています。
◎自分のペースで働けます
自分のペースで仕事ができる環境も当社の特徴。直行直帰も可能です。
スケジュール管理は基本的に各自に任せているので、都合の良いタイミングで休みを取ってもらってOKです。
