介護施設の通所利用者に対し、リハビリプログラムを提供します。
送迎時間に合わせ、個別リハや集団体操を中心に支援します。
【1日のスケジュール例】
09:00 送迎到着・健康チェック
10:00 個別リハ(歩行・筋トレ)
11:30 集団体操・口腔機能訓練
12:00 昼食・休憩
13:30 自主トレーニングサポート
15:00 入浴後のストレッチ
16:30 記録・ご家族への報告
17:30 送迎・退勤
