当社が製造しているグレーチングや駐輪ラックの法人営業をお願いします。
ニーズが発生したらお声がけいただけるように関係構築していくことがメイン。

・現地調査
・見積書の作成
・納入時の立ち合い
<関わるお客様は>
金物商社や販売店、建設会社、ゼネコン、マンション管理会社、官公庁など幅広い分野のお客様とお取引があります。
お客様からのお問合せに対する営業がほとんどのため飛び込み営業や新規テレアポなどはありません。
長くお付き合いのあるお客様も多くあります。
<扱う製品は?>
・グレーチング
道路や工場内に水が溜まらないよう設置される網状の鋼製溝蓋です。
消耗品のため定期的に製品交換のニーズが発生します。
高速道路や工場の新規工事の際に当社製品を導入していただくこともあります。
・駐輪ラック
マンションや駅、学校などの駐輪場に設置されている自転車の固定器具です。
特許も取得しているため提案もしやすいのが特徴。
グレーチング同様、消耗品なため定期的に製品交換のニーズが発生します。

・個人ではなくチームで目標を達成していくスタイルなので営業同士で情報交換を活発に行っています。
・一人で業務を行っていないので、先輩に相談しやすい環境でもあります。
・営業先やスケジュールは自身で自由に決められるなど裁量を持って働けます。
・製品の新規導入だけでなくアフターフォローにも力を入れているため、お客様とは長期でのお付き合いとなります。
・コンベヤ、介護製品、建材、建設など多角的に事業を展開しているため、他事業部からの案件紹介・顧客紹介なども獲得しやすい環境です。
<入社後の流れは?>
入社後1~2ヶ月程度は事務作業や営業同行を通して扱う製品について学んでいきます。
その後、先輩から少しずつお客様を引き継ぎをして半年後の独り立ちを目指します。
部品交換などのアフターケアを行いながら、ゆくゆくは新規工事の予定がないかなどニーズのキャッチもお願いします。
信頼を得て新規工事をおまかせいただいた時には、大きな達成感を感じることができます
中途入社でも主任・係長・課長など役職者への昇進も可能
年齢や経験に関わらずやる気と実力で評価されます。

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
