◆お任せすること◆

・各診療科の受付業務をお願いします。患者様が安心して診療を受けられるよう、丁寧な対応を心がけていただきます。初めての方でも先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導しますので、安心してください。

・診療補助と患者案内を担当していただきます。患者様をスムーズに診療へとご案内し、医師や看護師のサポートを行います。医療の現場で欠かせない役割です。

・電話対応や問い合わせ対応など、事務作業も含まれます。患者様やご家族からのお問い合わせに対し、丁寧かつ正確にお答えすることで、信頼関係を築いていきます。
